Weekly Update: Meet Me in Milwaukee!! 🍄 🧡 🚀

It's gonna be a journey...

Things are picking up steam (and I'm talking to co-founders!) 🚀

Hi friends! Some big updates over here—the new business is firming up, I've got spreadsheets that say it's real, way too many domain names (still figuring that out), and I'm talking to potential co-founders.

But first, let me tell you why this matters for YOU.

The thing about toxic self-reliance đź’Ş

I was a reluctant entrepreneur. From early on, I was taught I needed to take care of myself—period. I called it "landing on my feet," but it was really toxic self-reliance: proving over and over that I could handle anything alone.

Here's what I learned: We're actually much better at everything when we learn to rely on others in healthy ways.

Ten years of therapy in three hours ✨

After nine years of excellent talk therapy (shoutout to my wonderful therapist), I had my first psilocybin experience since college in summer 2021. I wasn't expecting what happened: the connection, empathy, and clarity that typically takes years to achieve in therapy just... flooded in.

I probably hurt my therapist's feelings when I told her it was like "ten years of therapy in three hours." But it was transformational—I understood myself, my partner, my family in completely new ways and could actually heal past the patterns that had been holding me back.

Why this matters for entrepreneurs (especially you) 🎯

My passion hasn't changed: I want to fix entrepreneurship. Get money and resources into the hands of the right people. Get opportunities to the right businesses.

But here's what I've realized: So many of us are bringing unhealed trauma into our businesses without even knowing it. Your business might be stuck because YOU'RE stuck.

And if you're a values-based entrepreneur—especially if you're a woman, queer, or BIPOC—you're likely doing this work because you're passionate AND because you have to. Those two things often don't lead to wealth and abundance.

I want to fix that. More importantly, I want to create circumstances for people who want to fix that for themselves.

Here's what we're doing 🌟

If you're planning to attend the B Corp Champions Retreat in Milwaukee this April, you're invited to join us for a healing journey the weekend before.

We're talking multiple healing modalities—medicine-supported experiences AND non-chemical approaches like breathwork and somatic exercises. All well-supported, all designed specifically for entrepreneurs ready to get unstuck.

Why you should seriously consider this:

→ You might unlock patterns that have been limiting your business growth

→ You can gain clarity on decisions you've been avoiding or overthinking

→ You'll connect with other values-driven entrepreneurs doing the same work

→ You may heal parts of yourself that are unconsciously sabotaging your success

→ So that you can return to your business with energy and insight you didn't know you were missing

This isn't therapy or coaching (I'm neither a psychedelic therapist nor a healer). This is about recognizing that our whole humanity—including our unhealed parts—shows up in our businesses every single day.

Ready to get curious?

Learn more here. No obligation, no commitment. Just your email so we can start talking about what would work for you and whether it works for us.

Share this with someone who needs to see it. Tag entrepreneurs who are passionate, values-driven, and maybe carrying more than they need to.

It's time we had a lot more awareness about our whole humanity as entrepreneurs. Especially for those of us doing this work because we're passionate and because we have to.

🍄 🧡 🚀 Next week I'll have another story to tell. Can't wait to hear your thoughts.

I'm excited for your questions and your feedback, don't hesitate!!

P.S. If you made it this far, you probably already know you need this. Trust that instinct.

See you then!
