Quick question; What’s the reward for a Job Well-done?

I’ll come back to that question but let’s go to the gist of today, shall we?

Let me tell you about the 15-minute conversation that brightened my week. (Which was a very chaotic week btw). 

My friend Chidinma Sent me a text on Tuesday, half-asleep. I read it.

“Hi Teso, I’ve been reading your mails for a while now, sorry I haven't been responding. But I’ll love for us to have a call so we can discuss” 

By Wednesday Morning, when the clock was reading 7:46 am” we had an amazing 15-minutes conversation which could be summarized to 

“Chidinma is going to be actively preaching the Gospel of this interesting community to her LinkedIn Audience”

If that isn’t amazing, I don't know what is.

After that call, It hit me: Creativity isn’t a solo act. It’s a group project where we all bring our half-baked ideas and thoughts to the table.  

So

What’s Happening in Our Corner of the World  

This week, you’ve been sharing stories that made I’ve found really interesting, amusing and relatable:  

- “I forgot to eat for 14 hours because I was editing a reel.” (Same but replace “reel” with “pictures.”)  

- “I almost lost a friend over something I said.” (Been there. We made up after a while and exchange of a ton of emojis.)  

- “I’m prepping for exams, and I still have a lot to cover.” (You’re a superhero. Period.)  

This is why we exist. To say: “Your chaos is valid. Let’s sort it out together.”  

You know all this reminds me about one of the Twitter Spaces from The Last Creatives Discuss that was held The Importance of Community which honestly is one of the things that keeps me going when things choke. You should list to it here.
