we love hearing from you and one of the hottest and most logical feedback was to implement a WARM-UP session (10 minutes) before the main 4x4 routine starts.
Sounds so logical! But we have totally neglected it. 🤦🏼
This option is off by default, but you can switch it on in the Settings. To get the the settings - swipe left on a main screen and enable Warm-up option.
