It’s mind-blowing how this little community of fitness enthusiasts has grown over the last nine months (we launched in May 2024)! 🚀

Below, you’ll see a chart showing our dedicated users — those launching the app for the first time (blue chart) and, incredibly, around 50% of them (red) still pushing through and completing the full Norwegian 4x4 high-intensity workouts to this day. Massive respect to each and every one of you on your journey to a younger, stronger heart! 💙🔥
