Happy Friday!  Wanted to share book updates….🫰

✅ What happened:

• MDW Book Bundles. Got some EPIC feedback from YOU. Beginning to dial in the bundle incentives to deliver as much value as possible and make this book FLY off the shelves. Finishing up soon...
• Book Cover. Updated the book cover! Thank you to everyone who voted 🅱️ 🙂
• MDW Resources. Building out a HUGE resource library to make taking action on the book as easy & frictionless as possible and supercharge your MDW weekend!
• Landing Page. First draft of the landing page for the book done. Still lots to be improved but making progress. THANK YOU to everyone who offered kind words about the book 🙏

📋 What’s coming up:

• Iterating & Improvements. Continuing to iterate and improve on the book bundles, finalize the resources and work on the landing page. Got AppSumo dialed in, and getting noahkagan promotion dialed in soon.
• Email Sequencing. Beginning to draft the copy to send out to readers via email who opt-in to hear about the book. Big focus on getting people excited, creating community and driving engagement.
• Podcast and practicing. Done ~10 shows so far, working on key talking points and what messages seem to be the most impactful as I ramp up to larger shows in December / January. We think speakers are just great when we listen to the speech but don’t see all the work backstage. Reminding myself of this weekly. If you have relationships with ANY large show you think I should be on, LOVE any intros.

🤔 MDW Thought:

• What can you start today that you’ll thank yourself at the end of this year? Realizing for me - we’ve been working on book promotion since May. Nearly a year.

🔦 MDW Reader Spotlight:

• Recent weekend cohort - Maigen Thomas - was awesome. Said “It felt too easy to get that $1 commitment from my friends who already like me. I had a hard time sleeping last night because I kept having to wake up and write some thoughts down. I am taking action on these ideas! I was starting to chicken out on what I think is the next step, but now I’m super motivated. This book, so far, as helped me connect the dots in a way I’ve struggled to do so far.” Love it Maigen! 👏👏
