60 Days of 60 Minutes Meditation Challenge

Howdy friend,

I'm back!

Last week I returned from my travels, where I had hard conversations with my father, detoxed from my phone/computer for 12 days, and spent a lot of time alone.

Coming back to technology and all of the coping tools that are available to me in my daily life has been about as difficult as I anticipated.

To help me through this time, I started Naval Ravikant's 60 Days of 60 Minutes Meditation Challenge.

Wherever you are in life, whatever you are going through, good or bad, I think now is a great opportunity for everyone to try this.

The rules are simple:

1- Sit and do nothing for 60 minutes.

2- Do this every day for 60 consecutive days.

Care to join me?

If so, shoot me an email letting me know so we can be in this together!

Regards,

Nick
