Hello Beautiful People,

This will be a quick email just to let you know I had a bit of a scare where I ended up in the emergency room hooked up to an IV for the first time in my life. I've been a bit depressed and not taking the best care of myself and eating the wrong foods. I am diabetic and was diagnosed with Type-2 back in 2020. I spent the night with my family, ate all the wrong things, thinking I'll be okay. I woke up nauseous, dizzy, lightheaded, unable to walk for long periods, let alone stand. I had to go seek help and was told my sugar level was high for me. I was treated and released and now I'm home still recuperating. I still don't feel back to my old self, but no where near how I felt yesterday. I'm taking my life seriously now, because that was a scare for me. I've tossed out all of the things I shouldn't have been eating. It's a shame that the heathier to food is that you need, the more expensive it is.

I will try to rest up this weekend, then get back to writing.
