No big campaign. No ads. Just honest effort.

And it reminded me: this is the real work.

Not waiting. Not perfecting.

Just showing up — consistently and with care.

If you’re going through a quiet patch, try your own sprint:

• Choose one small goal
• Show up for 5 days
• Keep it simple
• Share the journey, even if only with yourself

The momentum that comes from doing is what creates clarity.
