Cue SCOTUS, they're going to be inundated with cases from #TFG. He apparently doesn't want any of his White House documents released to the January 6 Commission.

Welp, there's a really good reason he chose the three SCOTUS justices he chose: They'll side with him no matter what.

So this could set a horrible precedent (a former president allowed to assert executive privilege after he's no longer president)...stay tuned.
