Yep, Steve Bannon's Chinese sugar daddy filed for personal bankruptcy. Which only means he hid his assets in trusts, shell companies, or other nefarious shelters.

When he comes out of bankruptcy, he'll be wealthier than ever.

In other news, Putin lied about pulling back troops. Big surprise there. Up is down and left is right with that dude.
