Action steps to consider:
- Create a vision for what you want "future you" to look like. The lovely Aileen from Lavendaire has a Current Me vs Future Me activity that is ideal for this. Identify what traits you want future you to embody in your exercise.
Expand on those traits by writing out a list of how you can start embodying those traits in small ways now to start moving towards your ideal future.
