The importance of revisiting your plans.

Hey,

Here's...

Something to think on in your week:

If you're making changes in your life (maybe you're introducing a new journalling habit, healthy eating kick or starting a business goal) - don't focus on yourself.

Instead, focus on the plan. If you can't seem to stick to working on your goal - how does the plan need to change? If you dread your new habit - how does the plan need to change? If you're demotivated to keep doing the thing - revisit the plan. Clarify, brainstorm, tweak, choose another approach - until you find something that works.

A quote to support your thinking:

  • "Any plan that requires you to become a better person in order to work is a bad plan." - Unknown, contributed by Julianne Queensen, Life Map Community*

Action steps to consider:

  • Create an experimentation journal for any new habits you're implementing in your life. When you find you're struggling to stick with your habits, visit your experimentation journal and consider what needs to change in the plan for you to move forward with more ease.

Appreciate you,

Michelle
