Why you should define what you ✨ don't ✨ want.

Hey,
Here's...
Something to think on in your week:
- Instead of thinking what you do want - define what you don't want.
A quote to support your thinking:
- "You can learn just as much from identifying what doesn't work as you can from spotting what does. What are the mistakes, errors, and flubs that you want to avoid? Inversion is not about finding good advice, but rather about finding anti-advice. It teaches you what to avoid." - James Clear
Action steps to consider:
- Complete a journal exercise using this prompt: "the ultimate guide to my unhappiness in my _____________ (e.g. life career, relationships, week, year)".
Start to write down what that would look like for you (for example, I've written down things like - a gross kitchen bench / counter, no movement in my days, no free time).
This exercise will guide you straight towards identifying exactly what you do want.
Appreciate you,
Michelle
