  • What state do you need to be in? How can you create that state?

💃 Action steps to consider:

  • Write a list of all of the “states” that you need to enter regularly in your work / personal life. (For example: Creative, Analytical, Thoughtful, Open-minded, Relaxed).
  • Write a list of deliberate actions that you can take to bring about those states of mind. You may want to think back to times in the past when you’ve embraced each state. You might often feel inspired after being in open nature spaces. You might feel most creatively energised after catching up with friends. You could tend to feel most thoughtful after you’ve been reading a certain type of book. Learn to bring about the states of mind that best support the activities that you’re doing.
