  • Write a list of anything in your life that is consistently leaving you frustrated, angry, upset or unsatisfied.
  • Write a list of choices you could make to create more ease relevant to what you've listed. Often, this involves difficult conversations and hard decisions. E.g. Talking to your colleague about their behaviour, asking your boss for a raise, talking to your partner about the chores, asking your parents to stop making comments about your relationship. Looking for a new job, considering going back to school, saying no to invitations you usually say yes to.
