Dear praying friends,

Thank you SO much for praying for safe arrival of our new interns. They are on the ground and getting acclimated to new time zones, new languages, and new responsibilities.

This week at Envision Berlin there is a TON of content be created. We have been working really hard on a Patreon launch/relaunch of our podcasts. If you have been following, you know it has been almost a year since I released a new episode. This week we have been moving podcasts around, editing old episodes, and getting our new Patreon page ready for launch. Check this out for a preview! Some team members are also working on costumes for an upcoming performance at The Limelight Collective.

We are continuing to work on a book project for release in February, written by a Ukrainian friend of ours who is documenting her interaction with the Russian invasion of her country on a daily basis.

We are editing our prayer guide for teams to have a 2024 version available for teams coming next year.

And I have started a new Instagram project called "averagedayproject" - based on the questions I receive regularly about "What does an average day look like?" Since my days are so diverse, I thought it would be interesting to document this. Check it out at @mike_picconatto.

PLUS - we have a new exhibit on October 13, so we are working on all of the materials for that, as well.

Other Prayer Requests:

1. We have a vision trip with people from the Alliance Youth national office and several youth pastors arriving Thursday night. Pray for our time with them as we coordinate a lot of the details.
2. With the intensity of onboarding and other details the last couple of weeks, Elissa is trying to shake a cold and maintain her energy levels. Please pray for her.
3. Keep praying for our house church! We are meeting twice a month, and have a really great core group of people coming. We really love them! Pray for the other house churches in our network as well.
4. Pray for Josh, he is at school for a couple more weeks.
