Snow in Berlin, Year-End Campaign, Exhibit closing, Kickstarter Push, and a Team is here!

Dear praying friends,
What a week! This week, Berlin received its first snow of the season. As of this morning, the snow remained on the ground, and with today's temperature barely rising above freezing, it may stay there for a while.
We have a short-term team from Valley View, New York here this week. What differences are there between a team in the winter and at team in the summer? The winter team certainly has more layers on in the picture in front of the Brandenburg gate! Winter teams also get to see the Christmas markets and the lights around the city - but many other things are the same. Yesterday, this amazing team spent 2 hours walking through our community in Weißensee prayer walking. What an amazing gift!
They will also help lead us in a prayer retreat this weekend and help us as we close our current exhibit on Friday night. Can you pray for our artists as they share during our "Artist's Talk" at the closing of their exhibit? Many of our artists are nervous when we ask them to share - they are used to expressing themselves through their art, not with a microphone in their face!
We are also over 80% funded in our Kickstarter campaign. We have 15 days to go! If you have not checked the project out yet, here is the link. Please feel free to share the link with any friends you have who might be interested in the project.
We are also starting our year-end campaign. If you would be interested in praying specifically for that and would like to see the communication we are sending to people about it (or are maybe interested in giving yourselves!) - please reply and let me know!
Here are some other requests:
- There is a cold bug working its way through Berlin and several members of our Team have already been impacted. Please pray for health, especially while we are hosting our short-term team.
- Our Living Advents Calendar day on our community's calendar is approaching - December 10th! Pray for us as we prepare.
- Some friends asked if we had any time free before Christmas - and as we looked at our calendar we realized that we only have 2 days free before Christmas. Having a calendar that full makes me grumpy. Can you pray that I can engage with people well in the middle of a very full season?
Thanks for your prayers!
Blessings,
mike
