Hi praying friends!

My normal Wednesday update has turned into a Thursday update this week. The day got a little away from me in a series of meetings and the seasonal budget spreadsheets that we are working on for the C&MA.

Thank you so much for your prayers last week! Our Salon Evening conversation went well, for the most part. At times the discussion got a little lively - but that is ok!

Our book launch was a great event. It was fun to introduce people to the book and hear readings from it. Several artists were also present - and it was really great to see them building community with one another as well.

Sunday morning's worship also went well. It was great to see our team come together to lead and to give the adults and children that were present the opportunity to interact with scripture in a meaningful way.

Today, we are having a site outing on Leap Year Day. The plan was to head to Wittenberg (Lutherstadt), but many of the local train services are striking today and tomorrow - and that would have made our travel fairly complicated. Instead we are heading to the edge of the city and going on a bit of a hike together to see a beautiful church (https://www.heilandskirche-sacrow.de/). It will be good for us to spend some time outside of the office together!

Here are some prayer requests:

1. The planned official book launch is on March 19, and we still have several hoops to jump through to make that date work. In the meantime - if you would like to purchase a pre-release copy of the e-book, you can by going to this website. Can you pray for us (and for the people in each of the offices we are working with) as this date approaches?
2. Elissa's health is slowly improving - but she still struggles to make it through the tasks of each day without being exhausted and in pain. There are a lot of elements at play here, and she is receiving good medical care along the way. Prayers for healing are greatly appreciated!
3. We have a completely crazy opportunity - another office space next door will be coming available in the coming weeks (to be rented starting in August). The current tenants have been there for a very long time, and there is no telling when it will be available again. This space is right on the corner, is about 1000 square feet, and would be a great space for us to add a "performance" space to what we currently have to offer, give us room for our larger church gatherings to meet, and provide us a long wished for prayer chapel space. It would also be a stretch for us - both in man-power and finances (We would need close to $300,000.00 over the next 5 years of initial investment). Can you pray for wisdom for us? We are in between knowing that it is too much for us now, but we could regret it if we don't move forward. Please let me know what you hear from God as you pray for us!
