Hi praying friends,

This week Elissa and I are at Beulah Beach, a historic Alliance campground on shores of Lake Erie. We are meeting with Envision Site staff from around the world as we hear from our National Office leaders (both Envision and Alliance) and each other. It has been a good time to learn from other sites and see our teammates again.

We fly back to Minneapolis on Friday and then leave on Saturday for one of our first tour trips. This time to Omaha, Nebraska - where we will connect with some people who came on previous trips and the leadership team at Citylight Omaha. We are excited to see some of you again! (If you have been on a trip before, contact Luke Manna! He is setting up a time for us to all hang out!) Also, if you live in the area and would like to meet up, we have some time free Sunday (22nd) evening and Tuesday (24th) morning before we head back to the Twin Cities.

Please pray for safe travels and good connections.

Also - please pray for us as we work on gathering our thoughts and writing our messages for Home Assignment next week. We have a lot we could share, and focusing it all into a few messages for different audiences is a challenge!

1. Johannah is returning from a short vacation to Europe. Pray for safe travels!
2. Caleb is in Austria with his band. Once a year they get away together and focus on their music.
3. Joshua has some traveling coming up for his school. Pray for that! Please also keep praying for his visa appointment in December!
4. Our site will be welcoming a new intern at the beginning of October, and then a short term team shortly after that. Pray for the final details to come together well!

Please also pray for our teammates, Stephen and Jennie. They will be returning from our Envision gathering to Berlin a few days after our time at Beulah Beach is finished.. Pray for safe travels!
