🥺 They love it but never buy...

Hey ,
My client's content was getting all the love. (Let's call her Pam for privacy reasons)
Her audience was engaged, inspired, and loving every post.
And yet… the lurkers were… lurking. 👀 So her sales were still inconsistent.
Here's what was happening:
Pam was describing problems her clients had, but not how they actually felt or thought about those problems.
Here's an example of what it looks like:
You know your clients struggle with "imposter syndrome."
But your clients don't wake up thinking "I have imposter syndrome."
They wake up feeling anxious thinking about posting, and have a sinking feeling in their stomach during sales calls, with a silent, sometimes subconscious "Everyone's going to find out I don't know what I'm doing."
See the difference?
One sounds like a psychology textbook.
The other sounds like the voice in your head at 2am.🦉
Once you shift your messaging from "expert language" to "internal voice language," everything clicks.
That's when your content starts generating actual conversations in the DMs, not just heart emojis in the comments.
Your takeaway:
Your clients don't buy solutions to problems they don't recognize.
They buy solutions to feelings they can't escape from and problems they can't solve by themselves.
Tomorrow, I'll walk you through the exact process we used to make this shift.
Talk soon,
Morgane
