Healthy Butter Chicken Recipe

Hey
I made a deadly butter chicken last night.
Here's the recipe!
Ingredients:
150g Diced Yellow Onion
680g Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 TBSP Garam Masala
1/2 Garlic Power, Paprika, Tumeric
1 Tsp Salt & Pepper
2 Tsp Minced Ginger + Minced Garlic
10g Salted Butter
920mL Tomato Sauce
270g - Blended Low-Fat Cottage Cheese.
Instructions:
- Add diced onion to a large pot with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
- Chop chicken into 1-inch pieces and add them to the pan, followed by all the spices, salt + pepper, ginger and garlic then stir.
- Once the chicken has browned slightly, add in the butter, followed by the tomato sauce.
- Reduce heat to low and cover, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
- Turn the heat off and let it cool in the pot for about 20 minutes before stirring in the blended cottage cheese.
- Enjoy!
