When we focus solely on moving a weight, we often lose sight of what we're truly trying to create. I remember a time when I was obsessed with just lifting heavier, thinking that was all that mattered. But I realized I wasn't paying attention to the details—how I moved, how I connected with each rep, and what I was trying to build. I was missing the bigger picture.


Everyone, myself included, has insecurities. There were parts of my body and abilities that I wasn’t proud of, areas that I felt were holding me back. But by leaning into those weaknesses, by facing my insecurities head-on, I found new strength and opened doors I didn't know were there. Training our weaknesses isn’t just about physical growth—it’s about personal development, becoming resilient, and truly transforming who we are.
