I've been re-integrating back into school season while trying to wean a baby.
How has your September been?
I am grateful we can do in person learning and have been enjoying the regular routines we're getting into. But sleep. Oh, sleep. You ever elusive thing. Some day we will meet again, once the baby is sleeping through the night in his own room!
I may be sleep-deprived but I am still planning to host our first-in-person-meetup-in-almost-three-years back at Bayview Yard (home of Invest Ottawa).
RSVP if you can join us as there will be limited workshop room space (and stroller parking) but parents + kid(s) are more than welcome. 🎉
DATE: Friday, October 28th, 2022
TIME: 10:00-11:30 AM ET
LOCATION: Invest Ottawa Bayview Yards, 7 Bayview Station Road
Level 2, L204 Training Room, Ottawa, ON K1Y 2C5
COST: $10 CAD + Eventbrite Fee per parent and their child(ren)

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
This ticket entitles one adult and their children to attend the event, which will feature coffee, tea, light breakfast refreshments, as well as a play area designed for pre-school age children. Halloween costumes optional but the only dress code is 'baby casual'.
Come as you are, no business attire required. Shoes (yes please), if you're a kid you may be able to get away with socks!

Network with other parents interested in discussing entrepreneurship, flexible and remote work with kids. My 9-month-old baby will be with me – please bring your kids and show up as you are.
