Hello again! It's been ages. So long in fact that I don't know how many of you will even see this email. Hoping for the best, haha.
Behind the scenes, I've been working on my next book, my magnum opus. I probably think or say that about every book, but this one really is special.
My pet peeve with self help books has always been that they're able to be read and not applied. We've all done that, right? Well, this next book I'm writing can fix that. This book will be a daily companion, combining the wisdom of all my writings, the proven method of mini habits, and the scientific timing of habit formation.
In short, this will be the most applied habit book I've ever written. It's going to deliver information on day 15 (as an example) that's especially relevant to that particular time in the habit formation process to help keep readers focused on what matters and what to expect next.
An important part of the mini habits process is buying into the idea and sticking with it long enough to see the "bigger results." And for that, I could use your help. I know many of you are subscribed to my list because mini habits have changed your life already. If that's you, this is your chance to help others do the same.
