Why do we forgive others, but not ourselves?

The guilt we carry is heavier than losses

Hi ,

We forgive others all the time.

But why is it so hard to forgive ourselves?

For years, I carried guilt heavier than my losses.

“I should’ve stopped.”

“I should’ve known better.”

“I wasted so much time.”

That guilt kept me stuck.

Until one day… I whispered to myself:

“I forgive you.”

And for the first time… I felt light again.

So tell me — when was the last time you forgave yourself?

With Love & Respect,

Samir
