There was a day I couldn’t look in the mirror.

Not because of how I looked…

But because of how I felt inside.

The guilt.

The shame.

The disappointment.

I felt like I had let myself down.

That moment broke me.

But it also opened my eyes.

Because the mirror doesn’t lie.

And it forced me to change.
