Hello !
Have you ever forgotten where you placed your keys?
How about that book you borrowed? A whole conversation with your spouse? (NOT speaking from experience here. Ok, I might have just lied there.)
What about forgetting who you are?
I'll bet you have.
We have been made in God's image. As we began talking about this morning, who we are is kings and priests. Who we are is conquerers.
So, is that how you identify yourself? As a victor? Or do you identify more as a victim? The difference is vast, and can make an enormous difference in your life, and in the lives around you.
Dig deep. Remember. Remember who you are! Remember that you are God's work of art, and you're created to do great things in Jesus (Ephesians 2:10).
As we continue the series Created in God's Image to Reign, I want to encourage you to grab a copy of Jeff Newburn's book and follow along. I think it will be a huge encouragement to you.
You may even find you!
You rock.
See you Sunday!
