Hey !
It's that time of the year. The time when we start bringing candy to the church for the neighborhood Halloween party.
For 9 years, Mercy Vineyard has committed to blessing our neighborhood during the one night when there is more foot traffic on our streets than any other night.
You want to know the cool thing? The neighborhood knows we're there for them. They know that they can receive a smile, a kind word, a cup of hot chocolate, and loads of candy.
This year will look a bit different because of the current health situation. We will be keeping all the activities outside. Also, no hot dogs this year (bummer).
If it rains, we will cancel the event and find another way to bless the 'hood with all of that candy.
Speaking of candy, there are only 2 Sundays left to bring it! Please drop it off at the coffee counter so that we can get it ready to hand out.
If you're wondering what to bring, here's a little graphic to help you out:
Be a trusty provider or a legend. It's the holiest thing to do.
Thanks so much for loving our church neighborhood, and for wanting to show the love of God in fun ways.
It's going to be a great time!
See you Sunday!

Lee Bezotte
