A Message from the Editor,

Sonia Lastย ๐Ÿ“

Eek! Are we here already? In the last quarter of the year! Time to order a new diary and take down the wreath that's still hanging on my door. Roger Waters' lyrics, 'no one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun' feels all too appropriate. I haven't even defrosted my fridge, drank the port, or sorted my store cupboards and year end is looming.

I might have to play Pink Floyd full blast, crack the seal and start scraping the ice off my freezer. Hey ho, where are all the candles? It's time to create a cosy ambiance and get busy. The ancients believed that October is the month to keep your spirits high. I think that's a wise approach to winter and will embrace it wholeheartedly.
