Hi Dear Readers!

I hope you're all still well and staying safe. I'm bundled up in a down vest, scarf, and rainbow beanie as I write this. I love the fall colors, all the coffee, and pumpkin pie, but I seriously despise the cold. I grumbled when I had to warm up my car this morning. Surprisingly, no one in my household felt sorry for me. 😉

If you've read my Starfig Investigations series, you know if there were one creature who would LOVE texting it would be everyone's favorite resident red fury, Bill. I imagined the kind of texts he would send to Twig and Quinn. Pretty soon I had a bunch of text conversations in my head and with a little help from my lovely PA, NolaKimPA, we turned them into reality.

Bill just can't help bugging Twig throughout the day. It's what he does. Twig is . . . less than thrilled with Bill's enthusiasm. Enjoy!

Writing Update

November has been a very productive writing month. I wrapped up a project a few days ago 🥳 that I'm dying to tell you all about, but have been sworn to secrecy on. I'm not good at keeping quiet. At. All. What I can tell you is I've taken a trip back to Verona (the land of Nico and Flame) for this one and it will be coming your way in January. I'm hoping I can rip the gag off and talk about it in my December newsletter. *Fingers Crossed *

I'm also about to sign a contract to have The Demon's in the Details translated into Italian. I went through a publisher to translate the first two Starfig books, but this one I'm taking responsibility for marketing, covers, etc. It's an exciting new adventure for me that could turn out wonderfully or could be a disaster. I'll let you know.

Have you had a chance to read about my favorite cinnamon roll of an incubus and his grumpy phoenix shifter nemesis? I love playing with the grumpy-sunshine trope, and I threw in a forced proximity trope for good measure (eek, there's only one bed😉). Must Love Demons is available in ebook, print, and audio.
