Happy Tuesday Jobbers!
I hope that your Thanksgiving weekend was amazing and winter is keeping you and your team busy during the colder months. It's that time of year when tear-downs / upgrades are on the agenda, so we hope that we can continue to be a part of your business and growth for 2025 and beyond.
As most of you know, our Jobber program has been in place for quite some time and during this period, certain trends, patterns and successes have materialized. We've also started charging state sales tax to customers in over 35 states, which helps you because they don't save tax by buying direct.
Because of all that, it is now time to revamp our program in an attempt to spark more growth for your business as well as ours. This program will hopefully incentivize lower level installers to do more business with us, and reward those who are going above and beyond to represent Metalcloak. Our goal is to help Bronze and Silver level Installers become Gold and Gold become Gold+. This new program may be exciting for some of you, and others may want to "call and bend my ear" so-to-speak, but at the end of day, we believe it will be a good thing for the majority of our Authorized Installers.
Lastly, over the next few weeks, I will be assessing sales volume from each of you and adjusting your accounts accordingly so that we can roll into 2025 on a clean slate. Having said all that, here is what we have in store for 2025:

Authorized Installer Program 2025 Effective 1/1/25
GOLD PLUS over $100k min annual (35% off suspension / 25% other)
· 4% Annual Reward on total invoiced over $100k, (tallied at end of calendar year and applied to account)
· CTI Stop Annually
· FREE shipping on all orders
· FREE Wall Display/POP Displays ($1000 credit allowance yearly)
· Gold Flag on Map > (potentially gold star)
· +15% on shop Rigs
GOLD $50K to $100K min annual (35% off suspension /25% other)
· CTI Stop Priority
· Free Shipping on all orders
· Marketing Displays/POP as needed
· Gold Flag on Map
· +10% on shop Rigs
SILVER $5k to $50K min annual (25% off all)
· “Level Up” option: 35% off suspension with a $3000 min MAP order
· Free shipping over $750 order value
· Silver Flag on Map
· +10% on shop Rigs
BRONZE $1-$5000 (15% / 15%)
· Not on Map
· Free shipping over $750 order value
· $5,000 order promotes to Silver
Note: With the implementation of the “Level Up” pricing option shown above, we will be discontinuing the Jobber Commission program for 2025. Remember that any order over $3000 will give you Gold Level Pricing (MAP) on suspension components moving forward, (Silver Level only). We are hoping that this provides you with more leverage, flexibility and incentive at all times to convince your customer to buy directly through you.
Accounts will be assessed quarterly and adjusted based on performance. As of January 1, 2025, this program and pricing supercedes any prior Installer Agreement and these terms and conditions set here-in may be changed without notice.
