I hope your Holiday Season is going well and I just wanted to reach out with a few notes on some current topics. If we don't talk before Christmas, I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

TRACKBAR NOTES:

You may have seen our post on the Facebook Installer Group about the Trackbar compatibility. In case you didn't, it basically highlights the fact that our newly designed JL/JT front trackbar (7616) will not work with High-Steer and our Sector Shaft Brace. We do have a high-steer specific trackbar and brace (7646 and 7207). Just be aware that there's a difference and you should educate your crew about that. 2026 JOBBER PROGRAM CHANGES:

Jobber Program changes in the Silver Tier. Currently, our "Level Up" incentive for Silver level Jobbers allows you to get an additional discount (Gold-Level Pricing) if you spend over $3000 (retail value) on a suspension related order. The threshold will be increased to $5000 for the 2026 Program, effective 1/1/26. If you're in Silver, you've got until the end of the month to receive that discount on $3000 suspension-related orders. Only the suspension category items in the cart will receive the discount. We don't anticipate any other major changes to the program for 2026 and I look forward to working with each of you to help your business grow!

NEW PRODUCT:

Grenadier Skid Systems went live this week and we are now taking orders. Skids won't ship until next month, but get your orders in today. The Ineos Grenadier line has been very popular, and the platform itself is gaining in popularity worldwide. You've probably seen more of them on the roads and the typical Grenadier owner is buying them to use them for off-road / overland and such. Let your customers know that you have access to the Metalcloak Ineos line of products and it might bring in some business for you.

GOT WRONG PARTS?

We are by no-means perfect and occasionally a shipment or box lands at your shop with incorrect parts. We will ALWAYS do our best to get that taken care of as quickly as possible for you, but here are some tips to help us do so efficiently:

1. Let us know immediately so we can get things in motion and heading your way.
2. Don't toss the box until we have the "packaged by" number off of it. This gives us some data as to who in the warehouse needs "additional product training". Don't worry, that employee won't be keel-hauled, at least not immediately.
3. Let us know if there's no hurry. We tend to want to rush things out the door to you, but if you've got time, help us save on shipping costs by letting us know that ground shipping is just fine.

We will be closed:

12/24 Christmas Eve

12/25 Christmas Day

12/26 Day after Christmas

(and obviously through the weekend)

We will also be closed on New Year's Day (1/1)

with decreased hours on New-Year's eve (12/31)

Get them while they're hot! These 2026 Off-Road event calendars are great add-ons to hand out to your favorite customers, or stick them out on the counter and sell them! Either way, people love them!
