2025 is wrapping up as we get closer to Christmas. This has been an amazing year for both us and our amazing Metalcloak Installer Network. Many of you have grown by leaps and bounds in 2025 and we are excited to continue that growth into the New Year with each and every one of you.
We have a bunch of new items in the hopper that will be rolling out over the next month or so that will help us become your go-to supplier for off-road builds and repairs.
Carbon axle shafts will be on the menu for the main course heading into 2026 and we are hoping to gain your business in this category by committing to lower

Got Wrong Parts?
We are by no-means perfect and occasionally a shipment or box lands at your shop with incorrect parts. We will ALWAYS do our best to get that taken care of as quickly as possible for you, but here are some tips to help us do so efficiently:
- Let us know immediately so we can get things in motion and heading your way.
- Don't toss the box until we have the "packaged by" number off of it. This gives us some data as to who in the warehouse needs "additional product training". Don't worry, that employee won't be keel-hauled, at least not immediately.
- Let us know if there's no hurry. We tend to want to rush things out the door to you, but if you've got time, help us save on shipping costs by letting us know that ground shipping is just fine.
Year-End Numbers
I will be out of the office the week after Christmas, and upon my return I will run the year-end report on individual jobber sales. Don't worry if you haven't met your goals as I won't be moving anyone down a tier unless you've simply fallen off the grid entirely (or started wearing Teraflex shop shirts) :-). I will however be looking at those shops who have upped their game and are ready to bump up into the next appropriate pricing tier.
I always welcome calls/emails/etc if you're curious how you're doing and/or how to do better. I've helped a handful of shops this year bump up their game and jump up to the next level with simple little changes to their marketing, purchasing, etc. or simply by learning more about our products and how to sell them.
You can always drop me an email to chat, or simply set up a phone call to discuss a "plan".
I know that some of you don't stock inventory and I totally get it, but think about your customer's needs and things that they might be in need of in a timely manner. Make sure you stock those items for that quick cash and carry sale. Customers are accustomed to getting things quickly these days, so make sure you've got what you need, when you need it. We will continue to push quick turnaround times in our warehouse in an attempt to get parts to you as quickly as possible.
2026 Calendars are here!
Get them while they're hot! These 2026 Off-Road event calendars are great add-ons to hand out to your favorite customers, or stick them out on the counter and sell them! Either way, people love them!
Lastly, my travel plans for 2026 are still being worked out, but I do know that Jobber visits in Texas are on the list! Stay tuned!
