I'm creating a habit of writing daily

Hey ,
I'm creating an intentional goal for myself to write daily. I did this to create a new habit of writing daily.
Why writing daily?
To get better at something I love and connect with new people to build my business.
Why 30 days?
To start with something small, so that I can set myself up for success to achieve this new habit.
So far, I've been committing to it, and have already built a new (still small audience) in just 10 days (1/3 of the way).
Each of us have different schedules and requirements in our lives.
So, while you don’t need to write every single day yourself…
You can add “write a blog post” as an event in your calendar.
Creating a new habit can be hard. So, how do you begin?
Let’s borrow from James Clear’s Atomic Habits
- Make the habit small (at first)
- Focus on consistency (rather than perfection)
- Create a system or environment that supports your new habit
- Reward yourself (with positive reinforcement)
What does that look like in practice?
- Small: write 250 words on something you know
- Consistent: once per week
- Environment: your desk at 11am
- Reward: light an incense candle
Focus on progress, not perfection. Be patient and persistent in your efforts to establish this new habit.
How I can help you create your new habitsI'm happy to help you form your habits, and I now have three ways of doing so:
