Learn how you use Wix, just like Venmo.

You can use Wix as your full financing software application, and manage it within the Wix Dashboard.

Sending invoices can be time-consuming, and not every transaction needs one.

With Wix, you have the option to send payment requests just like others do: Apple Pay Cash, Square Cash, or Venmo.

Let's dive in…

Send a Payment Request:

1. Inside the Wix Dashboard, select the "Inbox" tab on the left sidebar, or use the Wix Universal Search to find a specific contact. Learn more about Wix Universal Search here.
2. Once you select a contact, you can choose to message them using the Inbox feature (a complete customer relationship management system).
3. Then, select "Request Payment" from the menu on the bottom right.
4. Choose the amount in your business's currency and enter a description to notify the recipient what that payment request is for.
5. Send it! 💰
6. Wix will notify the recipient, and they can check out - just like they would any other product or service.

Your business' payment provider (e.g. Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc) will receive your payment, and it will appear in your financial reports within Wix and any other connected service like QuickBooks.
