How do I know what people are searching for? Let's learn together.

Ask yourself:

• How do I search for things? Where do I start?
• Where do I go to find the information I need?
• What do I do next when I haven't found the right info?
• How do I know this solution will serve me / help me? When am I confident?

Start there and take notes of what you do and how you do it.

By taking the time to do so:

• You will uncover how others like you find the information they need.
• You will learn how they connect with other brands out there.
• You will have more ideas on how they might connect to your brand.
• You are likely to find more people with similar interests and core beliefs as yourself.
• You will now have more info on who your audience is, and how they find their information.

For example:

• Visit Google.com and type in a few words.
• Watch as Google autofills the information in search.
• Pay extra attention to those words, because Google is sharing what most people are searching for and what words they use.

Once you know what people are searching for and what they type to find it — you can rewrite your page titles, page descriptions, create blog posts to go in-depth on this topic, or even update the content on your pages themselves.
