The five love languages, by Gary Chapman, have been discussed, dissected, preached on, and explored in workshops numerous times over many years.
And guess what? We still neglect to speak our spouse’s love language from time to time.
My thought is that the five love languages are fun to talk about and throw around because they make us look like educated spouses. But, being an educated spouse means little if our spouse doesn’t feel loved.
