Buying a Dental Practice Everyone Said Was a Mistake - with Dr. Jen Moran
Dr. Jen Moran's favorite mistake was buying a dental practice her attorney and accountant told her not to buy. They quit when she went ahead. The appraisal came in at about 5% of the asking price and gave the practice's goodwill no value at all. She saw patients and staff worth building on. Her second mistake, an impulsive technology purchase, was the one she had to undo - and how she did it shaped her reputation.

An aide does baths and vital signs.
Nobody is responsible for a patient.
Everybody is responsible for a task.
