Auctioning Healthcare Kaizen for a Good Cause
My co-author, Joe Swartz, and I were happy to donate a signed copy of our book, Healthcare Kaizen, to be part of a fundraising auction that the Patient Safety Movement Foundation is running.
The winner of the auction will also get a one-hour Zoom meeting with me and Joe. We'll do a presentation for your team, answer questions, or talk about your continuous improvement journey.

Open to Work -- Virtually or On-Site
The past 16 months have been a period of unprecedented turmoil -- for my clients (and for me). I know many of the organizations that I normally work with in healthcare are hurting financially... and people are still hurting and recovering.
That said, I'm open to working with you, either virtually or on site with you. I'm ready and able to travel and I'm fully vaccinated (and willing to wear a mask, if required by your site).
