It's the most wonderful time of the year--college football season! And the first game of the seasons is practically a holiday, right?

Okay. So.

Full disclosure: We probably won't be going to any games this year. In fact, I haven't been to a game since like maybe 2015? But you know what's better than attending an event?

(Y'all are my people, and I know you can get down with the cozy vibes.)

I love the start of the football season because it means fall is here. Sure, I'm a summer fan, but fall means my birthday is on the way, and the holiday season, and then the actual best time of year--New Year and starting a new planner.

I have already purchased my planner for 2023. I may and slash or may not have also purchased a leather case-situation for it. I may be mind mapping some spreads I want to create. I may just hold the thing in my hands and look at it when I have a few free minutes.

So, yeah. Football season means we're one step closer to new planner time.

(I tried to explain that all to my husband and he said I may be the only person who feels that way.)

But in an effort to hurry fall along, know that I'll be making some chili to eat during the football game, even though it's probably too hot in Oklahoma to have that as a meal.

What can I say? In my particular school of witchcraft, chili is a season-changing potion.
