Just because you didn’t notice the shit around you before doesn’t mean it suddenly appeared when it was mentioned. Take inventory of what was pointed out and use it to grow beyond your limitations. Staying focus only on stuff that feels good and avoiding what doesn’t tends to hold you back except when you have recalibrated your whole system. Most people are not recalibrated!

The one thing that is yours and that is best kept to yourself. What you can share is the expression of your pure essence, your pure presence in all its forms!
