There’s you and then there’s what everybody(including yourself) thinks is you. ✨ Categorizing is an automatic patterning of the brain, just like the binary system of computers. 1, 0. This, that. This, not this. Either, or. Neither, nor. ✨ Beyond one or the other is something else entirely. ✨ The trick is to step beyond that definition, that boundary into the unknown. ✨ Some call that the rabbit hole. I call it Truth. ✨ Find not just ‘my truth’ but The Truth of life. The one that surpasses and encompasses all others. The one there are no exceptions to.

This is what distortions do to you. ✨ Distortions are anything that is not congruent with your true spirit nature. ✨ Most distortions you are not aware of. They are beliefs, emotions, lineage, paradigm. They can come through your DNA, physical or spiritual. ✨ They come from what has happened before now. They show up in your energy and frequency patterning. ✨ You are likely not aware of them because they are so engrained in what you believe (a belief here!)to be you, to be life, to be what you are here for. ✨ Be free of them and you KNOW who you are, what life truly is and why you are here. ✨ I can guide you to that knowing so you too can be your Brilliant Self!
