And YES this all also applies to @everyone Magician's & Mentalists who add "just a bit" of Hypnosis or even "Pseudo Hypnosis" to their shows as the UK 1952 Hypnotism Act (and all later additions to it) also includes anything THAT LOOKS LIKE HYPNOSIS even if it is not.
