As a hypnotist and therapist, I recognized this as a parallel to the work we do every day.

The same mechanisms that convinced people they were watching a real alien autopsy are the same ones that can convince someone they are unworthy… or unwell… or incapable of change. 

Conversely, those same mechanisms can be harnessed for healing, empowerment, and transformation.

That was the spark. That was the moment the ALIEN model was born.
