Ahoy there,
🗣 In the last email I said that systems and simplicity were the keys to realistic images every time. I loved hearing what systems you currently use.
3️⃣ This is Part 3 of 4, in case you missed the previous emails you can find them here:
🙉 Lucky for you there is tons of information about 3D on the internet. So you don’t have to learn from one black and white textbook, like I did. But with the abundance of information comes the issue of overconsumption from too many inputs.
A student taking multiple courses
🤠 It can be tempting to think that consuming as much information as possible on a subject is the way to go. But the message I received above illustrates the issue I have with that.
🧟♂️ When you take multiple courses things start getting fragmented. You take a little piece of someone's workflow and a piece from somewhere else and end up with a Frankenstein’s monster.
⚒ I am not against developing your own workflow, but first follow one method through completely and use it over and over. This will avoid confusion. This is keeping things simple.
🤹♂️ On that note, can you juggle?
📩 When looking for a workflow to follow, what do you look for? (speed of results?/ quality of work?/ price?) Hit reply and let me know 😊

P.S If you are looking for a simple system to create photo-realistic renders, I’m sure you’ll like what I’ve got in store for you tomorrow.
