The Women Export University is a capacity building program that equips entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and resources to become globally competitive and increase the participation of women-owned businesses in international trade.

This year, Women Export University is a one-day hybrid program that will take place on Thursday, April 28th from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at UPS World Headquarters (55 Glenlake Parkway NE, Atlanta, GA 30328). This wonderful program will award 121 (ONE HUNDRED TWENTY ONE!) educational stipends to Latinas looking to get their real estate license. I can’t stress enough what a great opportunity this is for the financial empowerment of our mujeres.

The Halstead Grant is an annual award for emerging silver jewelry artists. Applicants submit answers to 15 business questions in addition to their design portfolios. The experience is designed to help jewelry entrepreneurs create a strategy to kick-start their careers. The grand prize is a $7,500 cash grant plus other benefits. The deadline is August 1st each year.
