Hi ,
It's Menopause Awareness Month, and I'd like to start it with something I wish more women heard.
It's not your fault.
The snapping, the brain fog, the 3am wake-ups. The days when you're holding everything together and nobody seems to notice how hard you're working to do it.
So many women I work with assume that if they're struggling, they must be doing something wrong: not trying hard enough, not organised enough, not coping the way they "should". But when your hormones are shifting as much as they did in puberty, feeling out of sorts isn't a personal failing. It's information.
