imageHi !

Howdy y’all! Hope this newsletter finds everyone well. It’s getting cold here in Nebraska and I don’t want it. I seriously need a winter house down south and a summer house up north.

So I recently read, Regretting You by Colleen Hoover. Have any of y’all read it? If you haven’t, don’t. Not unless you want to cry. A lot. It’s very well written and has a great story line that was pretty easy to follow. It’s just a sad story.

It’s one of the comp titles to Shattered Innocence. I tried to read it about a year or so ago and made it to about Chapter three or so before I put it down and didn’t pick it back up. I forgot that I picked it up before and started reading it again. I made it all the way through this time.

Like I said, it’s a good read. It involves a family dynamic that seems perfect on the outside, but it’s really not. I don’t want to spoil it for people who haven’t read it, so I won’t say more. If you don’t mind a good cry while reading, I highly recommend picking up this book.

On book two news, I’ve realized there are serious timeline issues so I’m going back and fixing them. I’m glad I caught them before I sent the book off to the editor. I haven’t figured out yet if this is going to affect the release date or not. I’m working as fast as I can to make the edits and get caught up so I can continue with the book. I will let y’all know in next months newsletter if the release date will be changed.

That’s all for this month. I hope everyone stays warm and has a great and safe Thanksgiving.
