imageHi !

Howdy y’all. I hope this newsletter finds everyone well. I want to say a prayer for everyone in Florida right now dealing with the aftermath of Ian. It truly breaks my heart to see the devastation there.

My other half and I just recently returned from California. We spent two weeks there. The water was so clean and warm compared to the east coast where we usually go for vacation. The sealion tour we went on was fun. One of the sea-lions posed for the camera and waved at us. That was great.

Where we were staying was full of fancy homes, so we took a tour of them. Saw a house that was built by Frank Lloyd Wright which of course was amazing. Even saw Shirley Temple’s childhood home that she purchased for 10,000 dollars. Now it’s worth millions.

The sea-lions hang out on the docks of people’s homes. The homeowners put out buckets and spikes, but they don’t work. You can’t bother them either. You must leave them be.

Probably the best part of all the tours we took was what’s called the teddy bear house. There’s a sign that hangs on the outside of the house that says “Beary Happy Day” and when you look in the windows, there’s teddy bears everywhere. Upstairs, downstairs, in the hallway. The lady who lives there has been collecting them for over forty years. She has accumulated over 5300 of them. They’re all in the windows looking like they’re waving as you go by. It really was cool. But then, I love teddy bears.

Well, that’s about it from me this month. I’ll see y’all next month. I hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween.

Further, she realizes she’s not the only one interested in her parents’ proof. A mysterious man hangs around her family’s vacant home and lurks in the woods where she runs with her dog. The stalker's presence exacerbates her anxiety, along with the frequency and severity of her cutting. The more she tries to conceal her self-harm, the more she pulls away from Joe and from finding the proof.
