The inevitable change

The most significant transition we are all experiencing is AI, which has completely changed the workplace and will continue to evolve as you read this post and many more to come.

From artificial sweeteners to artificial intelligence, we, the REAL humans, have come a long way in using the ARTIFICIAL.

So, the next question is, how much will this new advent of the AI phase reduce stress and exhaustion, or will it have the opposite effect?

Whether we will be naturally burned out at a deeper level as artificial intelligence advances is something we all need to pay close attention to.

"Because we are all in this together"!.

The key change happening at both the micro and macro levels is driven by AI, and this is here to stay; so let's learn to adapt to it before it overwhelms us and envelops us in our already complex emotions, which are rising from the several changes we are all tackling in our respective lives.

In the wise words of William Bridges and Susan Bridges.

Whether the source of the transition is an external change or your own inner development, the transition always starts with an ending. To become something else, you have to stop being what you are now; to start doing things a new way, you have to end the way you are doing them now; ---source-Bridges, William; Bridges, Susan. Transitions (40th Anniversary Edition):

So,

Are you ready to end the old, unlearn and relearn?

If yes, click here, let's talk, and I'm here to walk alongside you.

Thanks for your time and attention.
